Michael Falkow, PMP®

Michael Falkow has extensive technology, project management, business development, and senior executive-level municipal administration experience.

As a successful innovator, he identifies strategies, business prospects, and technologies in order to develop new organizational models, industry structures, and component architectures with strategic partners to serve and expand those opportunities.

Mr. Falkow is currently an adjunct faculty at California State University, Fullerton where he teaches graduate software engineering courses. He recently retired from the City of Inglewood, California in 2018 where he was the Assistant City Manager responsible for multiple city departments and organizational areas. Mr. Falkow defended his doctoral dissertation at the Sol Price School of Public Policy at USC and will receive his doctorate in December of 2020. In 2013, Mr. Falkow completed a Master of Arts in Security Studies (Homeland Defense and Security) from the United States Naval Postgraduate School where he received the outstanding thesis award. Mr. Falkow also holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science both in Computer Science from California State University, Fullerton.
